We are a group of companies specializing in medical services and retail business with head office in Tsimshatsui. To cope with our rapid expansion in various dimensions, we are inviting high caliber individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Execution of company policy and procedures
Maintain high degree of customer services standard
Responsible for full spectrum of administrative and supportive functions to frontline
Set up of new shop and other logistic issues
Liaise with outside parties
General enquiry and handle complaints
Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
F. 7 or holder of Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of retail and customer service experience
Solid experience in retail or medical service industry is an asset
Problem-solver, independent, initiative, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Pleasant, energetic, well-organized, result-oriented, good analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable to work with all levels of people
Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Chinese Word Processing)
Immediate available is preferred
