Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of secretarial duties to Operation Director
Handle travel arrangement, hotel reservation & visa application
Conference and meeting arrangement
Assist in co-ordinating events & seminars
Prepare presentation materials
Requirements:
Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
4 years solid experience in a secretarial role gained from sizable or multi-national corporations
Experience in handling event administration is preferable
Good command of spoken and written English
Conversant with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
Pleasant personality, positive & good communication skills
Salary range. HK$13,000–15,000.00
