Senior Office Administrator

We aim to provide a comprehensive range of human resources and business consulting solutions to our clients

Our client, a private equity, is now looking for a high caliber candidate to fill up the following position

Responsibilities:

Manage reception and front of house (client meeting area)
Provide high quality service to guests and visitors including refreshments and catering
Day to day maintenance of office facilities including liaison with contractors and building management
Assist with the office renovations and relocation
Procurement and control of office supplies including contract management and negotiation with suppliers
Travel management and employee travel bookings
Provide back-up reception cover including answering phones and greeting visitors
General office administration work including maintain office files, filing and photocopying
Requirements:

HKALE or above
Min 5 yrs previous office administration experience
Experience of working in a MNC or other international environment
Previous experience of office renovations and relocations
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
Assertive and able to negotiate
Strong organizational skills
Smart, professional helpful and outgoing
Compute literate with good knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Must be willing to learn other computer applications and systems
