- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree, preferably major in Accounting/ Statistics/ Actuarial Studies or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Solid understanding on sales forecasting and analysis
- Working experience in retail industry would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Detail-oriented, eager to provide support to colleagues and other departments
- High computer literacy with advance knowledge in Excel and Power Point
- Curious, initiative and interested in all aspects of the Retail industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Regional experience and exposure is preferred
