Responsibilities:
Perform reception duties including handling phone calls & manage front desk (required to sit at reception counter)
Handle incoming correspondences & courier documents
Assist in ordering stationery & office supplies
Assist in air-tickets & hotel reservations arrangements
Provide general clerical & administrative support to HR Department
Any ad hoc duties as required by supervisors
Requirements:
F. 7 or F. 5 graduate with at least 4 subjects passed in HKCEE
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as a receptionist & in office administration
Good telephone manner and customer services skill
Familiar with travel & hotel arrangements
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Chinese typing is required)
Good command of English & Chinese (include Mandarin)
Responsible, diligent & good interpersonal skill
