Hong Kong is one of the busiest cities in Asia; QB House service will be suitable for what Hong Kong Customers need, which is why Hong Kong is our major development city right now. We have over 380 outlets in Japan, 20 outlets in Singapore, 8 outlets in Thailand and QB House expects Hong Kong will has 60 outlets in 3 years time.
Responsibilities:
To run day to day operations
Assist in daily office administration such as answering incoming call, greeting customers, arranging courier pick-up and delivery etc.,
Interview arrangement
Prepare correspondences, memorandum and announcement etc
To update the leave record and medical claim
Organize employee's relations activities
General administration duties & HR matters
Able to handle petty cash and collate payment records
Perform all required data entry functions
Assist Human Resources Manager in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least 2 years working experience
Proficient in MS office (Words and Excel)
Good command of English, Cantonese, conversational Putonghua
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight schedule, able to work under pressure;
Immediate availability is preferred
