We are urgently seeking high caliber, competent, responsible and self-motivated candidates for the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administration duties
- Arranging staff events and corporate functions in Hong Kong and DG as required
- Prepare various statistical reports
- Provide secretarial support to senior executives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, Secretarial Studies or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 years experience in secretarial/HR/office administration and preferable with working experience in multinational corporation
- Working experience in manufacturing industry is strongly desired
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Pro-active, independent and self-motivated
- Strong co-ordination, good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer knowledge – MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available will be preferred
