The incumbent will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the senior management. These will include preparation of daily correspondence and minutes, handling administrative tasks and assisting in any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
2 years or above secretarial or administrative experience in a sizable company
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Well-organized , detail- oriented with good communication skills
Candidates with less experience will also be considered
