An expanding retail company, we have over 20 Counters in Hong Kong, specialized in providing a full range of Product and Treatment services for Beauty customers. To cope with our growing business, we are seeking professional and dynamic candidates to apply for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of general office administration supports.
Coordinate with both internal departments and external parties.
Manage on time delivery schedule planning.
Provide general clerical support, including data entry, filing and prepare monthly reports.
Handle enquires and assist in any ad-hoc assignments.
Skills and Experience:
F.5 or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Hand-on administrative or human resources experience is an advantage.
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Responsible, initiative and numbers oriented.
