We cordially invite candidates with initiative and passion to join us as the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties
- Handle all incoming calls and enquiries
- Consolidate all incoming correspondence including mails, faxes, couriers
- Monitor the conference room bookings
- Monitor and control the pantry supplies
- General administrative support to the team
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated or above
- 3-year relevant experience in a MNC environment
- Excellent telephone manner, communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Be outgoing, patient, presentable and independent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
