Clerk / Temp Clerk
We are a fast growing machinery trading company and have been established for 30 years. Due to rapid expansion of business, we have already set up manufacturing plants and sales offices in several major cities in China including Shanghai, Guangzhou and Dongguan. We are now inviting high calibre persons to join our successful team

Responsibilities:

Daily office administration work;
Data entry update;
Provide clerical support to department;
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration;
Accuracy and efficiency in data entry;
Well-organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in PC application: e.g. MS word and Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
Hard working and willing to learn;
General administration support in the Department;
Immediate available is preferred.
