Responsibilities:
Peform reception duties and greet visitors
Handle all incoming calls and general enquiries
Co-ordinate office and shop administrative activities
Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
F.5 or above
At least 3 years' experience in office administration duties such as enquipment maintenance, ordering office supply, etc.
Initiative, independent and self-starter
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS applications
