Responsibilities:
Assist Supervisor to schedule installation / maintenance orders
Perform daily broadband installation, troubleshooting, and hardware configuration
Provide field support to corporate customers
Requirements:
Fresh graduate of F.7 / Certificate / Diploma in Computer, Information Technology or related field
Good knowledge in TCP/IP, Internet, LAN and WAN
Self-disciplined, responsible and with positive customer service attitude
Fluent in Cantonese and good in spoken English
