Established since 1988 and associated with a C.P.A. firm since 2007, we provide full range of professional services in formation of companies, company secretarial work, accounting, audit arrangement and tax filing for a reputable portfolio of clients in Hong Kong and overseas. The company, with long established office in Central and a team of 12 staff, invites suitable candidates for the following position.
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Services, assist in company secretarial duties
Provide all customers relationship services
Act as a coordinator role in the business development
Co-ordinate with internal departments to develop and manage customized and personalized services to clients
Manage clients' information and maintain updated filing systems
Provide office/internal administrative work
Requirements
Creative and customer-oriented abilities with highly initiative mind
Demonstrates strong communication skills to establish good relationship with clients
Excellent communication skills for organizing meetings with clients
Form 7 or above
Possesses at least 3 years' experience in administration / sales / business development and/or key account servicing
Good comments in written and spoken English, proficient in Putonghua will be considered an asset
Working experience in CPA/law firm is preferred but not essential
Proficient in computer softwares, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Knowledge of CSA software is preferred but not essential
