To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for energetic candidate to join us.
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade A or above
At least 3 years' experience in property & facilities management
Experience in preparation of tender specification, supervision of technical staff and monitoring of routine building renovation and maintenance works
Familiar with MVAC system would be an advantage
Self-motivated, initiative and can work independently and under pressure
Working Location: Ma On Shan / Tai Po / Kwun Tong
