Our client, a US based law firm specialized in M & A, is looking for a Office Manager in Hong Kong. By taking up this role, the candidate will be responsible for the HR and office functions including HR administration and management e.g. payroll, orientation, expatriate administration, taxation, insurance etc., and office management and supervision, lawyer support etc. The incumbent will also support the accounting and budgeting in Hong Kong office
To qualify for the position, the candidate should have more than 10 years in office administration and HR functions while gained in Law firms (preferable) or finance institutes and/or consultancy firm. Good understanding of the office practice in Law firm environment. Strong communication skill and fluency in English and Cantonese.
