Company Description
Tat Chun Printed Circuit Board Co. Ltd. is a Hong Kong based company with a modern factory in Zhongshan, PRC. Producing PCB from single side to multi-layer of 8 layers, with productivity more than 2 million sq. feet of single board and 1 million sq. feet of double sided and multi-layer board per month.
- Reporting to the Managing Director. University degree or equivalent. Electronic and Mechanical Engineering background preferred with at least 5 years in relevant experience in PCB, of which managerial level
- Manage R&D & Process Engineering department for new products and technology development. Solid experience in manage of high layer of multi layer process and HDI project in PCB field. Good knowledge of Lead Free standard and Green material available in PCB market
- Familiar with PCB Cad Cam software & layout photo tools. Solid experience and good knowledge of SPC, ISO 9000.2000, QS9000, TS16949, 5S System, ISO4001 with good knowledge of international electronic and PCB standard and regulations
Common Requirement and Qualifications
- Work with Sales & related department handling quality improvement, cost saving and customer satisfaction program. Ability to work under pressure in handling various projects in same time
- Work independently to liaise with customers and suppliers; good communication and management skills. Conduct vendor survey & rating for quality improvement plan. Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Station at Zhongshan Plant in PRC and report duties immediately
