Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for providing quantitative & analytical research for the Structured Finance Group. He / She will assist rating analysts in developing rating methodologies for new asset types & structures and in reviewing & modifying existing methodologies. Duties include model development, gathering and analyzing data from internal and external databases, and preparing research reports.
Requirements:
With a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or Math and minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in structured finance and/or other financial markets and in credit analysis. Individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to apply analytical tools to achieve practical solutions to complex problems. Experience and proficiency in MS Excel, Visual Basic, programming languages, and database management are highly desirable.
