Job Desc:
-Monitor the distribution of fragrances to key accounts such as department stores and leading retailers
-Su[ervise a team of sales consultants and motivate them to meet sales targets
-Participate and creat rodshows and promotional activities
-poessess at least 4 years' sales and account management experience in the beauty / cosmetics industry
-be able to motivate, supervise and manage a team of 20 counter staff.
