-at least 7 years of relevant experience
-good knowledge of experience in all facts of customer service with the ability to deliver said expertise in daily work and to subordinates
-must be able to recruit, train, motivate & manage a core group of both full- and parttime staff to meet customer service needs and to grow with the company
-Outgoing self-starter, mture, tough yet tactful and discreet in handling sensitive matter
-detail-oriented with good computer and communication skills
