Administration Officer – Logistics & Office Administration (Ref.:AO/MP)

Job Duties :
Responsible for providing recommendation and support to the department on office systems and procedures, logistics and warehouse management, premises security, procurement, stocking levels and control.

Job Requirements :
University degree in related discipline, minimum 2 years track record experience preferably in banks or financial institutions. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good PC knowledge and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external parties. Suitable applicant with lower qualification or experience may be considered for the post of Administration Officer.
