Job Duties :
Responsible for monitoring the overdue or problem accounts, handling daily collection actions and tracing outstanding payments. Assists in reviewing & revising collection policy, managing collection agencies and negotiating with customers any arrangement to settle the debts.
Job Requirements :
Secondary education or above, minimum 4 years experience in credit card collection, of which at least 1 year is in handling back-end collection accounts. Familiar with CardLink System and collection module. Strong PC knowledge and good communication skills in English and Chinese.
