Job Duties :
Reporting to the Training Manager, key responsibility will include organizing and conducting in-house management development training programs, such as supervisory skills, time management, decision making, team building, marketing & selling skills and services quality etc. Maintains contacts with other financial institutions and external training consultants for the purpose of sourcing new training and development programs. Performs other training programs and related duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Job Requirements :
University degree, minimum 3 years management / supervisory training experience preferably in banks or financial institutions. Excellent presentation skills and good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.). Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
