We are a rapidly growing property manaement company looking for the right candidate for the following position:

Job Duties:
- Manage existing portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Expand current portfolio of properties under management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in porperty management of which at least 3 years in managerial capacity
- Responsible, motivated with good strategic planning abilities
- Good leadership abilities, marketing skills and communication skills a must
- Good command of spoken and written English
