- Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH)
- Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is preferable
- Minimum 5-8 years' solid experience in property management of which 3 years should be at managerial level
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
