Residential Management Services Ltd is a property management services firms, specialise in providing day to day management services to residential properties. We are looking for high calibre property management professional to deliver service in a prestie residential development in Hong Kong Island South.
You will supervise an on-site team and manage daily estate operations, maintain good tenant relationship and liaise with contractors.
- Degree holder in property management, in MIH preferable
- At least 5 years' experience in residential management in which 2 years must be at supervisory level, solid experience in taking over a new residential development
- With experience of taking over a new development, administration of defects rectification and setting up building management system
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Chinese
- Strong in leadership and report writing
- Familiar wtih DMC, BMO & Tenancy agreements
- Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel
