The incumbent will lead the building management team and be responsible for the daily operation of the building.
Requirements:
- Good educational background and preferably with formal training in Estate Management
- 8 years experience with min. 4 years supervisory level in the management of commerication, leadership and interpersonal skill
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese
