A well-established company in Central invites application for the following post.
- Degree holder in housing management or equivalent qualifications
- Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, MCIH, MHKIH) or Registerd Housing Manager (RPHM) is an advantage
- Over 10 years relevant experience in property management, of which 5 years must be on managerial level
- Well-versed with DMC & BMO
- Familiar with leasing procedures and the Landlord and enant (Consolidation) Ordinance
- Experience in leasing property management and project management with property developers and/or architective firms in managerial position
