Candidates should be:
- Degree / Diploma holder in relevant disciplines of Property/Building Management / Professional Body or equivalent
- With at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in property management and building maintenance at supervisory / managerial level
The successful canddiate is to be responsible for providing overall property management services for the owned and managed properties.
