Lan Kwai Fong Properties Ltd. is looking to fill the position of Property Development Manager to develop property investment projects in HK & PRC regions.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A strong analytical mind for assessing various investment projects is essential
- Able to work independently w/excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good contacts in property development field in HK & PRC
- At least 5 years experience working in property development field
- At least 5 years experience working in PRC
- Experience in Project Financing is an added advantage
- Qualifications as Architect or Surveyor is also an advantage
- Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Frequent travel to China is a MUST
