Applicants should possess and demonstrate:
- Over 7 years' work experience, preferably some of which in Asia Pacific
- Recruitment experience with exposure to financial services
- Client focus and an ability to develop and foster client and candidate relationships
- A high level of professionalism, maturity and independence
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Management skills (applicable for the Manager role)
