Training:
A 6-month on-the-job management training will be provided to all successful candidates. It helps to equip them with knowledge in Financial Planning as well as to sharpen their skills in Sales competency, Business Planning, Marketing, and Sales Management etc.

Business Planning:
To fast track the development of all successful candidates, we will assist them to develop their respective business plan and, but tremendous resources to facilitate them to achieve targets.

Personal Growth:
This new distribution channel is geared by several well-developed systems. Under their fair structure, we will provide all successful candidates with a prosperous & tranparent career path.

Remuneration Package:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to all successful candidates. It includes allowances, commissions, special bonus, overseas conventions, medical insurance, MPF and etc.
