DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
Requirements:
- Degree holders in Buildng Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in handling maintenance works for residential and commercial properties
- Ability to formulate maintenance plans, specifications and methods for the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance and renovation works
- Good command of English report writing
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical staff in handling defect related issues with a customer oriented approach
- Oversee renovation works for investment buildings
- Provide technical support to in-house property management team
- Deliver works with customer satisfaction, teamwork, preparedness and sense of urgency
