You will have the opportunity to work with the best human resource management tools in the consulting business. Your process management and analytical skills will be fully stretched in dealing with issues such as HR strategy development, reward design, and competency modeling and applications.
In Hong Kong and China, we work extensively with both multi-national and local organizations. Therefore, fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a requirement.
Experience in HR management or change management is mandatory, and some background in consulting s helpful.
