Aon Hong Kong is the leading insurance broker with over 300 employees and provides insurance on retail, risk management and consulting services to both national and multinational companies in a wide range of industries and business sectors.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, the person will be responsible to lead in support & collaborate with different divisions in development & implementation of Marketing Programs to achieve Business Goals & Financial Objectives and lead Marketing Communications in compliance with Aon Brand Identity Guidelines & building of "One Aon" Brand Equity.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education, major in Marketing or Business
- 5-8 years of marketing communications & project management experience in multinational organizations, with in-house desktop publishing experience in financial industry preferred
- Good communications, interpersonal & presentation skills. Desktop publishing skills preferred
- Computer literacy e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Illustrator, Photoshop and Freehand preferred
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well-organized, innovative, be positive and self-motivated
