Customer Marketing Manager

We have a strong Marketing team responsible for the development of marketing and business strategies. To maintain our success, we are looking for two talented professionals to help us develop and implement marketing programmes related to mortgages services and establish powerful insights to direct business focus in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will be involved in all Marketing activities such as the development of annual marketing plans, review of product and marketing proposals, Risk Rewards Programmes, 5-year Strategic Plans, etc. You will also develop regional acquisition programmes including the delivery of programme templates to facilitate programme rollout throughout the region. Identifying marketing opportunities and profitable target segment, you will develop product plans with P&L commitments to achieve business objectives and maximise opportunities with business partners to implement marketing programmes in a cost effective and timely manner. Measuring success by evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of marketing programmes will also be your responsibility. Ensuring successful implementation of agreed programmes, you will liaise closely with internal departments including Product team, Customer Service, Group Public Affairs, Legal and Compliance and external parties such as advertising agencies. In addition, you will support segment related projects and help maintain and build the HSBC brand.

Ideally a university graduate in marketing or business administration, you must have a minimum of eight years' relevant experience in the banking and finance industry. Knowledge of advertising management and production, direct marketing, marketing communications, and data & financial analysis is a definite advantage. A strong team player, you should possess excellent project management, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. You should also be creative, proactive, motivated and result-driven.
