Job's Responsibilities:
- Organize and implement sales promotion activities and incentive programs
- Coordinate internal and industry recognition programs and awards
- Assist in organizing incentive conferences
- Promote sales contests and promotional campaigns
- Assist in coordinating various ad hoc projects
Requirements & Skills:
- Degree holder in Marketing or Communications
- At least 4 years working experience with 2 years in sales promotion field
- Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage
- Strong interpersonal skill and analytical abilities
- Good team player, organized and attentive to details
- Good presentation skill and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong PC skill in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
