PERSONNEL CONSULTANCY
Our client, a large retails group invites an outstanding candidate for the following position:
Requirements:
- diploma holder or above in Interior Design/ Architecture or related discipline
- 5 years relevant experience in retail industry
- good project management for retail shops
- computer software: MS project, AUTOCAD
- holder of recognised license in air-conditioning & electricity
- experience in handle A&A works and contract/ tender documents
- outdoor work is a must
- can work overtime or overnight occassionally
Job duties:
- supervise & monitor fitting out projects on site
- co-ordinate & liaise with contractors, external suppliers relating to the fitting out projects
- sourcing new suppliers, fixtures and contractors
- review the effectiveness & follow-up actions after shops' renovation
- annual renovation planning & scheduling
