Customer Program Officer Ref: CPO

You will:
- formulate and prepare marketing plan to achieve Customer Relationship Management objective
- implement customer programs by supporting overall logistics and perform program effectiveness evaluation
- coordinate with internal and external parties for integrating programs

You should:
- have tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years' consumer marketing experiences
- have exposure in market research, program evaluation and justification (ROI)
- be familiar with DM, online and loyalty marketing with excellent programs and event implementation and execution skills
- be proactive, innovative, dynamics, result-oriented with can-do spirit
- have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, can integrate with people of different levels
- have hands-on experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Chinese typing


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
