You will:
- conduct business analysis, prepare user requirements and conduct user acceptance test for Customer Relationship Management systems and Data Warehouse
- implement Customer Relationship Management projects and target marketing campaigns
- assist in developing and implementing data mining projects
You should:
- be a degree holder with at least 2 years' relevant experience
- have good PC skills and familiar with Customer Relationship Management systems and Data Warehouse
- have exposure in uantitative marketing and database management will be an added advantage
- have hands on experience with SQL, SAS, MS Access and MS Excel
- be able to work independently and under tight schedule
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
