Walt Disney Imagineering is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Its talented corps of Imagineers is responsible for he creation - from concept initiation through installation - of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects. Walt Disney Imagineering Hong Kong, the team responsible for the design, development and construction of the Hong Kong Disneyland project, is now seeking high caliber individuals to fill the following positions for our Hong Kong Disneyland project.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate on going site issues with main contractors and other interfacing contractors of different disciplines
- Supervise structural/concrete and building works as well as site progress, quality and safety aspects
- Co-ordinate adjacent construction access and activities
- Ensure specification requirements are met with quality assurance
Requirements
- Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years+ solid civil construction experience, 8 of which as Site Agent/Superintendent or Construction Manager
- Experience on large scale projects in a supervisor capacity
- Qualification of TCP-T3/T4 a must
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
