Responsibilities:
- Coordinate leasing administration, marketing and promotional activites of the mixed property protfolio including retail, residential and commercial properties
- Liaise with potential tenants and property agents on new letting and renewal
- Conduct marketing research and advise the management on rental trend
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Surveying or equivalent
- At least 5 years' working experience in property leasing, preferably in retail sector
- Knowledge in local porperty market and familiar with leasing market/administration
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with outgoting personality
