K. Wah Real Estates Company Limited, a member of the K. Wah Group, is renowned for its unique strength and reputation in quality property development and related services. To cope with our expansion in Hong Kong and overseas, we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lease a sizable quality portfolio of retail, residential and commercial properties of the Group
- Formulate and supervise strategic business and operational plan to delivery quality management, maintenance services and promotional leasing campaigns
- Formulate strategic tenancy mix for our property protfolios
- Implement and monitor control and audit systems for efficiency improvement
- Conduct marketing research and advise the Management on rental trend
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Housing Management, Marketing or related disciplines
- Relevant professional qualifications preferred
- At least 10 years' experience in property management and leasing mixed portfolio of properties
- Well versed with Building Management Ordinance & Deeds of Mutual Covenant
- Sound knowledge in local property market with good marketing sense
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Mature, creative, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work independently under pressure
