Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance team to support high level of production yield in order to cope with fast business expansion
- Optimize the utilization of high speed stamping machines and fixtures for the production of motor metal components
- Provide technical support to production lines to ensure stable and continuous operation
- Work closely with overseas machine vendors for any after-sales and maintenances issues
- Manage machine spare parts inventory
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines of machine maintenance with minimum 5 years relevant working experience or Higher Diploma holder wtih 8 years of relevant working experience
- Good leadership to supervise the delivery of maintenance services in massive production environment
- Knowledgeable in high and low speed stamping press and familiar with metal fabrication process
- Possess of relevant exposure in Total Production Maintenance process and documentation is an added advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese including spoken Mandarin
- Willing to station in Shenzhen for 3 nights in a 5-day work week
