Creative Specialies International, a division of MOEN, a leader in bathroom accessories has an immediate opening for a Manager, Quality Control to lead their Quality Control operation in China and Taiwan. To manage, coach & mentor 4-5 inspectors and/or quality engineers. The ideal candidate should have the ability to direct and facilitate vendors in developing quality control plans to meet plans to meet customer quality expectations. The ideal candidate will also have a balance between quality control theories and practical working experience to work with Corp. QA to develop quality control systems and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Formal 4 years college degree in Engineering or Science
- 10 years hands on working experience in production and QC in Asia. Experience in plating, die-casting and forging operations is preferred
- 3 years management experience in QC at a multinational company in Asia
- Experience in facilitating ISO 9000 and 6 sigma projects is desirable
- Must be able to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing routings and processes
- Strong verbal & written English communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Be able to station in Guangzhou
The candidate should hold high ethical stondard and can make fair and logical decisions on the site. Require excellent communication skill to coordinate quality improvement plans in vendors and CSI. Extensive travel is required.
