MANAGER (Certification Authority Business Development) (monthly Salary Ranging From $24,400 To $28,000) |

Hongkong Post is looking for committed and motivated persons to fill the following non-civil service contract managerial positions:
Major responsibilities:
- to assist in conducting presentations of e-Cert and CA related products to potential customers and business partners and in exploring new business opportunities and market requirements with business partners/vendors/service poviders to support the development of new e-Cert related business applications
- to assist in conducting business discussions, negotiating terms and finalizing deals and co-operation internal teams and external business partners/vendors/service providers in planning, organizing, working detailed specifications, managing the implementation and rendering assistance in conducting user acceptance tests of e-Cert related business applications
- to devise and implement the marketing programmes to support the roll-out of the new e-Cert Business Applications and establish joint promotional opportunities with business partners to promote the subscription of e-Cert services
- to conduct the research, studies and analysis in relation to e-Cert related projects
Requirements:
- a local university degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent
- at least 5 years' post-qualification sales or business development experience in delivering advanced IT/Internet solutions to leading commercial organizations, preferably in banking and finacne sectors in Hong Kong. Proven sales track record is required
- previous knowledge and experience in developing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) projects and Internet applicatins are highly essential
- ability to handle heavy workload and work under pressure are essential
- strong in project management and sound in business negotiation
- good presentation and communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English
Terms of appointment
- year end discretionary performacne pay up to circa 2 months' salary
- 15% contract-end gratuity (inclusive of Hongkong Post's MPF contributions)
- 14 days annual leave
