- Tertiary education in Business Administration
- At least 4 years experience in shop management, preferably in luxury product; with Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing exposure
- Hands on experience in shop daily operation, merchandising, staff management and shop visual
- Aggressive and motivated in monitoring business performance
- Have strong leadership skill and flair for fashion
- Willing to travel extensively
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
