The appointee will assist the Building Manager in the day-to-day management of our prestigious residential properties in Central Mid-Levels. He/She shall be able to execute effectively the daily management function of the property, to monitor performance of contractors and to supervise a small team of building management staff. He/She must be capable of communicating suitably with resident.
Applicants should possess a property management diploma or related discipline and have at least 3 years' relevant working experience. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Good interpersonal and organisational skills in essential. Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Estate Officer.
