We are a dynamic US-based commercial bank and are now seeking high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong Office.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is responsible for managing daily import/ export operation of about 30 night shift staff, reporting to Trade Operations Manager. He/she needs to actively participant in the re-engineering of operational workflows and the respective trade related system projects as to achieve effective operation of the team.
Requirements:
- Form 7 graduate or above
- 10 years' experience in Trade Operations, at least 5 years of which at supervisory/ management level
- Exposure in trade related system project and computerised banking facilities
- Good written and spoken English, native English speaker is an advantage
- Strong management skills and able to work independently under pressure
