Reporting to the Computer Support Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Internet/ Intranet infrastructure. Duties include the provision of technical support for server and desktop software, research, development, testing and implementation of new computing functions, technologies and systems.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE and CCNA
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Win NT / 2000 network administration is requisite
- Cisco networking equipment and Check Point Firewall NG configuration experience is preferable
- Knowledge of Internet related network services such as IIS, TCP / IP and HTML, and web server administration/ performance/ debugging tools
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Rotational shift duties which end before 9:00pm for 5 days a wekk from Monday to Saturday will be required.
